So I'm trying to get my car back to where it should be. The PO was the king of rigging things up so I've been meticulously undoing said things. Anyway among the other clips that weren't connected that i have sorted out, there is one that i cant seem to find the other end to. I don't know if anyone can describe to me where it goes or better yet offer up some pictures of the pedal assembly area so that i can see where it goes and to also be sure the other clips are making the correct connections.

I recently had a similar question. That plug does not go to anything.

 

It really doesn't look like what I remember (~ 10 pin plug), and the lead seems short, but FWIW the cruise module sits right behind the side kick panel.
