Fmic

For people with a FMIC, what size is the core? I am able to get IC cores for a good price, and want to fabricate my own.

Does anyone have any pics of the install? Thanks!

I got a hybrid fmic 24x12x3 core only, ent to end is 30", wide, fits perfectly.
I don't have any installation pix but i have few ic pix but forum is not letting me upload right now.

You're getting the pipes done custom or you ordering them?
I'm not happy with my custom pipeing I'm looking to find something better..

I'd love to do a V-Mount. All I need are the dimensions and where I can buy the IC duct.

I was thinking that the saab, or volvo intercooler might be a purty good alternative. And have heard of a couple people who have used them in their rx7. Depending on what version you get the roughly measure about 17.5 H X 18.5 W -and have a depth of about 2 1/2 in. The piping might be a little bit tricky, but I'm sure you would still come out on top since they generally sell for about $50. But, all of this information is just my own speculations.

There's no duct per se on a V-mount. Just some gap sealing.
