Sounds like it needs to be burped.

IMPORTANT: You must "burp" the coolant system. Run the car for a about three minutes (don't drive it yet because you may be low on coolant) and shut it down. Put a rag over the engine coolant cap and open it up, pulse the big coolant hose, and top it off. You will need to do this several times. The first time you drive it take some water with you because you may get the "Add Coolant" buzzer and you don't want to drive the car for more than about 30 seconds with the buzzer on. Remove the radiator cap and top off the coolant level before you drive the car for the next three drives and you will have a well purged coolant system.

A light on the gauge is usually associated with the low coolant alarm buzzer. You didn’t mention anything about that.
I can’t recall for sure b/c I’ve never had low oil level, but since there’s a OIL level sensor, there’s probably a similar alarm for that.

My system seems to be full and no signs of bubbles. I will have to drive the car and see if the buzzer goes off again... Unfortunately not my car won't start! It seems like the click click click starting has run its course. Waiting on parts... Again.... 🤦

Never mind driving the car around to figure this one out. The coolant level sensor triggers the alarm when coolant drops below the sensor however, if the signal wire that connects to the sensor is broken or damaged it will also trigger the buzzer and light indicator on the gauge. quick way to check is to ground the signal wire that connects to the sensor to a chassis ground when the buzzer is active. With the aux power on you can rule this out.If the buzzer isn't on wiggle the wire and see if it triggers it then you know it has poor connection. If I'm not mistaken I believe the oil level sensor acts in the same way, both trigger when "ungrounded"
Click click starting issue, for me a "starter booster" solved that issue and was done with it. easy to make at home . Good luck
