There is no MIL/CEL in the dash. You can connect an led to the B+ and FEN terminals in the diagnostic connector under the hood to view the codes.

Connect a 680 ohm resistor to the cathod side of the led (long leg of the led) and insert the other end of the resistor into the B+ terminal and the other side of the LED into the FEN terminal. Now to get it to display codes on this led insert a wire in the diagnostic connector between terminals TEN and GND. Turn the ignition to the on position and record the codes.

As far as i know the codes on a JDM ecu are the same as the USDM ones. The terminals im referring to are labeled as such on both the JDM and USDM vehicles.

1. Jumper TEN to GND -> OK
2. Jumper B+ and FEN with a LED ? I do not understand this second step!

Could someone explain it?

Thanks!

Is it possible to check those codes with a Power FC? I also have a Datalogit, where do I go to check my electrical issues?

Thanks!

Didn't have any LED at hand, much less a resistor of any sort. Instead, I plugged a voltmeter in: positive lead to B+, negative lead to FEN. Saw 12+ volts for a couple of seconds after turning the ignition key to ON, then it went down to almost 0 volts and stayed that way, so I guess there are no codes in memory.
