ECU codes from JDM FD

How can I get the error codes from my JDM FD? I though I were suppose to strap TEN and GND and the count the blinks from check engine lamp? The problemo is that I cant find my check engine light, maybe there is none? I have removed the cluster gauge trying to find a broke lamp, but no...

brake, seatbelt, batterycharge and heat lights up when ignition is on.
