Can't take the rattling...

My torque brace is making alot of noise lately on colder days (below 65 deg F). The rattling is (obviously) coming from the passenger side of the engine bay, and goes away when I remove the brace. It starts at ~2k rpms and continue to about 4.5k rpms. I first thought it was the heat shield under the passenger side of the firewall. I tweeked this shield so there is no way that it could rattle, but I still have the same problem... I've used rubber washers all over the brace itself (everywhere you could put a washer on the RX7store brace), so I'm confident it's not the bar that is rattling.

Has anybody figured out a way to kill the rattling from this brace? What have you done to stop them? Thanks.

I just had that problem again. I've got rubber washers everywhere, and that seemed to work for a while. I don't think that the joints are of a tight a tolerance as they could be and that where some of the rattling stems from. Just make sure that the locking nuts are really tight. I also preloaded it more to the driver's side this weekend and that seemed to do the trick.
