C-West Rear and Rear Diffuser? Will it work?

Hey guys. I just got the authentic C-westin kit and I was wondering if the Re replica rear diffuser that shineauto is selling will work with this c-west rear bumper?

If anyone has a picture or has seen it done or has it done themself could you please let me know. Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing, I don't think the diffuser ShineAutoProject makes will work.
But RE Amemiya had an earlier diffuser that might, I think some refer to it as the Street diffuser and the other is the Circuit diffuser.

The 2005 RE Amemiya catalog list them as Diffuser and Diffuser Pro

You may have to just fab one for the C-West rear.

i was thinking the same thing. the mounts for the side align up to the rear quarter panels, so you would have to tuck the mounts underneath the c-west rear bumper's aerodynamic extensions. then you will have to drill the bumper itself to make it fit the c-west bumper. i hope there will not be any cutting involved... but this is my theory to the extensive research i did prior.

Yes, it will work. I have a friend that has a replica C-West rear bumper and he attached a carbon diffuser to it.

There have been a few posts about this in the Interior/Exterior/Audio section... It's very rarely done apparently. I did it on my FD, so I know it works, but it isn't as straightforward as just installing it on the stock rear bumper. Sorry, I don't have any really good pics showing it (my FD's black, and the diffuser's black, so everything's hidden/lost in the shadows).
