Sounds like a boost leak.

check yoru plugs and put a timing light to each plug wire while engine running see if the coils aren't starting to miss and give out. sounds almost like ignition break up.

i hate how all boost problems seem to make the car boost at 5psi.

did you damage the OMP accidentally while changing the turbos?

same thing happened to me just recently....i replaced a lot of parts (downpipe, o2 sensor, fuel filter) and still no fix.

i finally folded after a monsterous head-ache and took the car to RR&R and they changed out the fuel pump....no fix...

turns out to be a bad primary injector... try it running a few tests on yours...
