Boost leak/Problem?

Alright, so here is what is happening. I normally run 12psi on my car. But at the moment I can only seem to make 9-10psi with the primary turbo. With the secondary the car will make 12 psi no problem. I have looked for leaks on all the major hoses and connections with none to be found. Any ideas what could be causing this problem? Is it a boost leak or could it be a solenoid issue?

I am running all the necessary modifications to handle 12 psi. It usually has a normal boost pattern but right now its something like 9-8-12.

Probably not a boost leak.

Check out the charge control actuator and its lines, as well as the charge relief and its lines. If either of those valves isn't held tightly shut, the primary boost will be reduced but not the secondary.

Checked the charge control actuator lines and all seemed fine. Took the car back out and primary is still only seeing a max of 10 psi. Secondary turbo works just fine at any boost level. Any more ideas? Is it possible that the charge control valve is just dumping any primary boost above 10 psi? and if so, why?

Check the condition of the intake hose for the primary turbo....it may be collapsing under load.
