that's what'll happen when people promise the golden key to running high boost, low octane, and no detionation....then withhold all information for 6 months I just hope Skip will eventually knock the NDA's, come out with all his info and explain EXACTLY what he's selling and end all of this speculation.

if jason isnt aware of what tunnning is required then what he is testing is the pg product not the kdr product. i think we need to view the two seperately.

From my understanding they are the same. Skip was having PG Unlimited make the plugs in quantity until things fell apart between them.

There are 2 things to watch when tuning a car and thats EGT and A/F. Not that difficult. I can tell you from running these there is no big secret. Im sure Skip would like you to believe that it takes hours to tune for these plugs but thats not the case.

Skip told me that there was never an agreement about manufacturing the plugs. He said basically what happened was that Steven had the device installed, signed the agreement but then proceeded to reverse engineer it but not get it right.

Also I don't believe Jason would market this with the intent to rip KDR off. I was meaning that Steven was aiming toward using Jason to distribute the plug potentially so it would really be Steven ripping KDR off assuming Jason doesn't know the whole story which I don't think he does.

 

Does that mean that I get to kick everyone who stuck up for Steven in the other anti-det. threads square in the nuts because I already smelled rat?

I'm going to have to chime in here on the comments you have made, which is false. Skip and I speak about every week in some shape way or form. Skip has never indicated that he wanted to terminate our friendship. Those folks who do have NDA's probably don't even know of this forum or think about this, perhaps the product that was being pitched by pg-unlimited truly isn't the same thing Skip has and thus the 60 or so NDA's are still in effect.....

Regardless, think about it people. First there is this frenzy about a year or two ago on this forum about some "Device" that could prevent detonation, then at the beginning of this year some company that no one has heard of before starts posting information about developments with Skip for a "Anti-Detonation Device". Everyone and their brother wondered what happen to Dave at KDR, not knowing that Skip was the inventor of what they are selling. Then all the information disappears on pg-unlimited only to be replaced with some crap about Trailplugs with no real information but empty words and nothing to back the theory up. HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD FROM KDR OR SKIP FOR THAT MATTER ON THIS FORUM TO EXPLAIN WHETHER OR NOT ANY OF THIS IS TRUE? NO!

I hate to say it but everyone here has been punk'ed. If you really want to know what the "Anti-Detonation Device" is, please contact Skip at KDR and he will work with you on a one-on-one basis to help you out.

Care to elaborate on your post from that thread.

 

Personally, I think Steven should stop commenting on this, because his rep gets worse and worse by the moment. It was not some elaborate joke he made up--none of us buy that bag of ****. I think we can all tell exactly what happened with him and this product.
In the end, if you are a believer or non-believer in the product--contact Skip or KDR, because that is where the "device" is from. If the product is not worth your money (whatever the cost is or becomes), don't buy it. The market will eventually dictate costs.
Jason, I am not telling you how to run your business (I wouldn't appreciate someone telling me), but I will say that I wouldn't buy the product from you if I knew Steven was your supplier, I would if I knew you worked the details out with Skip. Once again, I am not telling you what to sell, just what I would do as a consumer.

Not much to elaborate on, don't you think? All this "Device" has been is a roller coaster of misinformation that has been passed onto the same forum members for the past two years. I have heard everything from Ion-Sensing to Buttplugs coming from people who have no on hands experience. What I have not once seen is Skip or KDR post on this forum or any other to confirm or deny the "Anti-Detonation Device" even exists. Why, perhaps their product is still under wraps, perhaps the Buttplugs was a method to throw people off the track, or perhaps pg-unlimited was being used as a marketing ploy to throw a new twist on keeping people interested…..
