For what it is worth, I didn't have any boost creep using the stock intake with the HKS downpipe, bonez high flo cat, and racing beats cat back, but I was using the PFC on a base map tune.
If you have a boost gauge I'd just take it out for a drive once you get everything installed and see what it tries to do.

My only hesitation on the PFC is I know there's a slight exhaust leak on at the turbo to downpipe flange, due to a stripped stud. Starting the car in the garage you get a bit of an exhaust smell but driving or idling outdoors its not noticable. So since the leak is before the O2 sensor I'm worried the car would be totally untunable till it was fixed (turbos are original so replacing the studs is probably going to be a nightmare)

Not sure how much that would impact things, at least any more or less than it would on the OEM ECU.
They make tools that will grip and pull a stripped stud out pretty easily, but you'd probably need the downpipe out of the way to have enough room to get the tool I'm thinking of in there ( ).
If you soak it with PB blaster first, it would probably come out without too much drama.
Or you could try to re-thread the stripped stud, but I'm not sure how much luck you will have doing that really.

Got it. Well the OEM studs should be iconel, so outside of the normal seizing you get on heat cycled things, it shouldn't be too terrible. I didn't have too much trouble removing my original studs as long as I let them soak a little bit first. I figured I'd have to heat them up too, but it didn't come to that for me.
Might be worth a shot if you're worried about the leak. You'll know pretty quick whether its gonna come out or not.
