Few parts I had a local rx7 owner do for me. All the piping is greddy and the purple greddy t78 I did myself with rattle crap. All black parts are powder coated. Should have the engine in the car in a few days.

Forgot to shut of the date deal on my camera. Pics of the build next week.
Amazing!

Did you hack off all of your stock alum nipples and tig weld on the AN fittings? Ive contemplated doing this myself.
Stock nipples were cut off/drilled out and tapped for fittings where possible. Where there wasn't enough material to drill and tap a hole (WP housing for example) I used a trick someone shared with me on how to use an -AN fitting

What troubles did you run into besides paying 30+ dollars per fitting?
SS line is stiffer than rubber hose so you have to really think hard about routing lines. Also have to consider abrasion. Hoses cannot be allowed to rub against anything or against each other. I plan on going back and using shrink wrap on a few of the hoses in several places under the UIM

As for the cost...I do all my shopping on eBay and buy in bulk. Works out to be about 25-30% of new cost. Still costly though. All the hose ends/fittings are reusable...so no biggie. I keep and use the new/nearly new fittings and resell the leftovers for about the same price. And I only buy either Earls or Areoquip...stay away from the no-name junk. I've gotten a few of those thrown in with a few bulk purchases and they truely are substandard to the good stuff.

Regards,
Crispy

No. I live in Phoenix, AZ! HA...

Basically the principal is that intercooling sacrifices the cooling of the engine by blocking or restricting flow through the front or back of the radiator. It also makes a cold air intake a near impossibility, so you are getting some seriously hot air to start with. All my temps are lower with this setup. Oil, coolant, Air Intake...my a/c blows colder... the list goes on...

The setup is Water/methanol injection, instead of intercooling. There is a thread I have posted in, in the Auxillary injection forum since the beginning of the project if you want the details.
