Here will most probably be my final update, the car is now being sold pending payment, it will be sad to see it go

 

17x10 +35 up front, +25 out back. 255/40-17 tires all around with a roll and slight pull of the fenders.

Cool, i did cut mine in the middle to have the diffuser higher cause my car seats too low, ill try to upload a pic and ill send you a pm to show you and if you can go to shineauto thread about the diffuser to see the pictures with the fitments.

100% with you on this one... its like everyone only approves of 99 spec front bumpers (but not lm's usually rpf1's :p) not bashing 99 spec front bumpers as i have one sitting in the living room too but jeez people on these forums are so harsh if u dont like it keep it to yourself damn. i doubt u guys would say it to peoples faces so stop being dicks. ive been to plenty of meets but no one bashes anyone to there face so why you gonna do it online?

They came on UK Spec Cars, i want to say all european cars but not sure. The extra lights act as rear fog lights. Why that bumper is on a Australia car is beyond me? Didnt come on Aussie FDs

 

 

Maybe from the UK? If I remember right, they had rears with more width for the plate.

I know you are just trying to illustrate a point but that 99 spec statement is far from the truth (I agree with you on the rpfs hahaha).

As far as the other statement about being harsh, thats kind of the point of this thread. You don't post pics to get no feedback. You have to be willing to accept feedback that is both good and bad and the further you deviate from the established middle, the more polarized your result. I feel like when you post in this thread, you are kind of welcoming whatever comes. I miss MX3s posts. Say whatever you want about the guy but you have to respect him for having the ***** to keep posting up his pics. In a way, he is an rx7club post pics genius. He managed to get everyone riled up with the addition of only 1 wing. RESPECT. I miss the photoshops that came after. I wish I saved them. Anyone remember what page they were on?

I think people would but they might be less harsh. I think the real life equivalent of posting on this thread would be like bringing your car to a meet and asking everyone what they thought of your car vs. what people usually do (just park the car and mingle).

 

I remember seeing your FD last year at the MOL meet/show. SOOO super clean, inside and out. Looks like it rolled right off the showroom floor.

 

They were on EURO spec cars only, not even the UK onces as far as I can tell.

It sure is funny as I want to get rid of my Euro spec (no one wants it over here) and get a US one (got one in the meantime)

Maybe I should get some and ship them as one package to the US? :-D

 

They were definitely fitted to the UK cars too, due to our need for a rear fog light. Whether there are still any differences between the UK and EURO bumpers I'm not sure.

Why do people sell their cars after they spent so much time, money and hard work into them? it always puzzles me... there is always different reasons... a baby on the way, family, need money all valid ones... just sad...

Brand new everything except I had the efini turbos rebuilt , rotor housing was in good enough shap to be used again. My wallet has a huge hole but it was way worth it!!!!!!! Now paint and rims..............and...........

Gordon you speak the truth. ill agree your car doesnt get as noticed as it should... even after seeing it in person im like its nice, but then dennis told me stuff and i was like whatt??!!?! its done so well you REALLY have to look for what was done. phenomenal job turning it into a updated fd!

ps i saw another pic of your car with the metal cover? in the center opening and its growing on me, looks very sharp!
