wher's my turbo?
wen i'm drivin my car feels like it's non turbo, up until like 4.5 grand, then all of a sudden its like my turbo kicks on..... lil help plz?

Your secondary throttle plates are sticking on the black cam/dashpot assy. Take a look at them while moving the throtte thru its full travel. They're located at the front of the throttle body assy.

My secondary double throttle was sticking as HAILERS said.
I removed the dash pot, links, cam & hold-off diaphragm; then wired it open.
Check the on-line FSM if you need more information.
