1st - 8 pounds
2nd- 9-10
3rd - 11-12
4th - 12 - 12.5ish

yeah yeah I know I'm cutting it close with just the fcd and walbro, but I've only run out 4th two times and the EGT stayed even on 800 so I think I'm just barely safe. No worries though, a safc should be on soon so I can richen things up top, and wg is getting ported

1st - 8psi
2nd - fuel cut
3rd - fuel cut
4th - fuel cut
5th - fuel cut

i just deal with not being able to take it past 5000 rpm except in 1st gear, because im saving up for a standalone ecu.

I stay at 6psi in every gear.

RB Turbo back
RB FCD
Walbro fuel pump rewired
Apexi SAFC dyno tuned
stock intake
89+ turbo/manifold with Grand National compressor.
Stock turbo saab bov

Soon;
Front mount IC from Greddy
Haltech e6k
large injectors
full intake
Gonna try tuning it to 10psi in all gears, hoping for 240-270 rwhp.

1st = 5psi
2nd = 6psi
3rd & 4th = 8psi or so

basically stock right now minus a ghetto exhaust that needs to be removed and replaced

stock boost on an 87-88 T2 is like 6lbs. i forget what it is on the 89+ cars. so no, we are not talking about stock boost. boost goes up on its own when the intake/exhaust is opened up.

Numbers below are on a rebuilt turbo, a custom catback, a cone filter, and a TID mod. Both cats are in place (original cats too )

1st: around 0,5bar
2nd: 6-6,5 bar
3rd and above: 0,7bar until 5K rpm or so

For those who cannt convert:

0,5bar=7,25psi
0,6bar=8,7psi
0,7bar=10,2psi

I also know that my TII does NOT have the fuel-cut "feature", because when I had a disconnected wastegate and was hitting 1,1-1,2bars easily, I didnt hit fuel-cut, and I think that the car was actually running pretty good (i.e enough fuel).

All the above are with a weak stock BOV, and I think that my turbo is slightly cracked somewhere (...again ), because I can clearly hear a hissing sound when trying to boost at WOT

unfortunately i don't have a safc or anyother aftermarket ecu or anything yet. being a college student has its disadvantages. but i know it will pump lots of fuel and i won't run lean, so i'm cool with that for now. plus its making some real nice power.
