downpipe?

downpipe?

is a downpipe the pipe that goes from you manifold down past where you last cat is so that you cant take them off and remove your air pump?

Or on a N/A, it goes from the end of your header/manifold to the main cat pipe. Stock it has a precat on it.

I wasnt aware that n/a's had downpipes. i thought they had headers..

i always thought that it was like this turbomanifold-turbo-downpipe
and for a n/a it was just header....

well heres a question. I wanna get rid of my air pump? does that mean the i have to get rid of both cats? and if so what do i put there. Most exhaust are cat back?

From: new hampshire, middleton(a town so small we have no conveince stores)
a mid pipe or a presilencer, i just have a pice of striaght pipe, loud as **** with stock system.
