WEIRD flooding problem

So ive had the TII swap in for a while now, but im running into a very weird problem. I start the car let it warm up, here lately ive been letting it run a good 20 minutes in the driveway to charge the battery (whole different problem) it sits out there and runs just fine nice clean idle. BUT then i go to drive it, i get half way down the street and boom it dies. You should know that i have the fuel pump hot wired so it sees 12v all the time. I didnt think this was a problem untill the other day. I started the car after it had died on me and unplugged the fuel pump completly ( i checked with volt meter), but it kept running and only died when i tried to give it pedal. Finnaly I guess it ran out of fuel in the line and quit, but it ran for a good 2 or 3 minutes with no fuel pump. A couple weeks ago i took it on its first long drive, about 30 miles and no problem. It sat all day for about 6 hours, then i started it warmed it up and headed down the street. Then about 5 minutes later it died. So i unplugged the pump and started it and it died right off the bat like it should, then i plugged pump back up and started it and drove home, no problems. As you can see its very weird. I have been having to crank it over alot because my battery keeps getting drained so i was thinking maybe plugs, but this was happening right after i put new NGK's so i figured that out. Any other suggestions i would much appreciate, its starting to get cold out and i wanna get it running before winter. Thanks

I should also ad that when i was taking it on the drive and it was shutting down it was only happening when i would shift into 3rd, taking off and second fine but soon as i let off the clutch in third.....dead.

What fuel pump do you have: NA? Turbo? Walbro? FD?

FWIW: When I swapped in an FD pump, it went way rich on start.
I now have to hold low voltage to the pump to get it to start.

If you're constantly having to charge your battery, then yeah I'd say it's the ALT. Most autozone type places will do a free check on it, give it a shot.

It's hard to answer a thread when it's :
A: painful to read the original post
B: painful to read the original post
C: see above
D: the original posts format makes it hard to understand what's being asked

So yes, this is English 101. If you want a good answer, give a good question. Oh, and you're welcome for me not actually answering your question. I didn't feel like reading it because it was mentally painful to comprehend that somebody that owns an Rx7 could be that bad at grammar.

I may have a good idea what your problem may be...try swapping your CAS. I was having the EXACT same problem. Idled perfectly for however long it sat there, revved fine in the driveway...then go to drive it down the road and 10 houses later, BAM...acts like the AFM came unplugged, would bog down badly and stall out. I could be wrong but it would only take you 10 minutes to swap out and try. Good Luck

The bad thing is the girl gave me a good answer and didnt have a smart *** comment about the Freakin grammer involved with a question. You two guys really need to get a hobby.

P.S. Next time i will seperate it into 20 paragraphs like everyone else so it takes up two screens just to see it.
