Rear hatch window swap

is it possible to wire up a rear hatch window wiper to an rx7 base class? or theres no wires to hook it up to?

sry for the newb question, i dont know much about the rear windows

The wiring is already in place, you just need the appropriate window and switch.

would i have to get someones switch and just swap it? also what you mean appropriate window? would it fit if i got it off a gtu?

I think Aaron means a window with the hole in it for the stock wiper motor/wiper assembly to mount into place, then connect the wires, install a switch into the location to the right of the steering wheel, and that's it.

oh no, i already bought another window since i accidently paint stripped the rear windows paint off while stripping the cars paint , he brought the wrong one so i was wondering if i could get the rear window wiper to work if mine didnt have one

You should be able to, the wiring is there you will need the switch for the dashboard and plug that in, find the plug for the rear window wiper and and plug it in, then it should work.
