Wastegate arm bushing replacement questions

My S5 turbo has a worn out wastegate arm bushing and I'm looking at having a new one made. Would 304 stainless be an appropriate material? How much clearance should be left in the bore, taking into account thermal expansion?

I do not know how this would work with stock S5 flapper rod and if the rod tis thick enough. or how to replace the rod and bushing.

Anybody have sources/experience of replacing the wastegate arm, the actuator connector and installing a wastegate bushing?
Pictures, parts & long term feed/life would be welcome.

I took some measurements off my stock part, but obviously the most critical dimension, the bore, is based off of an old worn part. I'd love to know what it's supposed to be, along with which material is most appropriate.
I did once ask Bryan at BNRsupercars if he'd be willing to sell one on it's own (they replace the bushing in their hybrid builds) but he said his stock was low at the time.

That was a couple months ago, I haven't asked again yet (I was afraid I was being annoying , since prior to that I had asked him if I could send him my turbine housing and have him replace the bushing without having to buy a hybrid)

If you do talk to him, maybe he can send the file to get machined by Protolabs or some other outsourced machine shop and you just pay the bill, just so he can have an NDA with the machine shop and protect his intellectual property.

Protolabs would probably have your part done in one day.

I bought the last 3 on this page
https://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchan...ry_Code=INWGAS
I will see if these compare to the stock waste gate length and fitment and let you all know.
