PA turbo 2 build questions

So im buying a 10ae t2 rx7 (completely stock). Motor was just built with a 1 piece apex seal in it. The motor had 30 miles on it so i still need to break it in. I was wondering about upgrades. I am new to the rx7 scene and iv been trying to do as much reading as possible. Im trying to find a good combination of speed and dependability. I was thinking of upgrading the turbo to a t-60 ( please comment on this cause idk if that is too big not small ) and doing injectors, full exhaust, chip, intake, and front mount. Is this too much for the stock internals is this a good idea or bad one. PLEASE COMMENT i love criticism and i need to hear it to better understand this stuff. If you think i should read more also do not be afraid to just tell me to do more research cause i will gladly. Thank you!

I would question everything about the rebuild. Ask the person who built it to provide recipes, and clearance specs. Intake porting? Stand-alone ems? The most dependable car is a stock one.
