From what i can tell it looks like 4 or 5 bolts to take out. Is it that simple does it just lift off after you take them off. I just need to get to the injectors.

If I am not mistaken there are 4 nuts and 1 bolt on the passenger side, and also one nut by the throttle body next to the oil filler neck.

After that just pull right up. Of course disconnecting the hoses and the connectors first

I just recently took off my UIM. Its pretty straight forward. Take off the 4 bolts going into the LIM. Theres a single long bolt right on top of the UIM take that out too. Take out the cruise control cable and throttle cable and theres 4 hoses in the back of the UIM and 3 in the front. THe back has 3 small ones and one larger one while the front is 3 smaller ones. Also under the throttle body is this bitch 90deg hose you hafta take off. Took me one helluva a time doing it (lack of tools). After taht u can take off the TB theres four bolts holding it to the UIM. VOila! UIM ready to be pulled.

You just push them up into the fuel rail, and then bolt it down.
