I think you should start charging people to port their irons.

FYI- I don't think Spooled will be posting anymore on this thread. If you want to see the rest of the build you have to go to www.Rotarycarclub.com

Good stuff!!! I haven't read the whole thread, but will catch up when time permits. I've got a S5 JDM swapped into my 89 vert. Eventually I'd love to pull my engine and do my first engine rebuild. Hopefully I can learn a little from the work you've done. I like the color change on the " 13B Mazda" on the housings. I'd love to see how the paint holds up over time.

Oh, and welcome back to the forums and thanks for continuing to share.

well in the last two weeks you have not missed anything besides me assembling the engine and now just cleaning.. I hope to install the engine soon... the only thing stopping me is I need a flywheel and clutch kit.. once I get those the engine will be going on..

the other engine is about 2 engine mounts away from coming out.. but I will wait to pull that for the day I put this engine in..

Word@ I just scraped it with a razor blade, then 600,1000,2000 grit.

Is that a hot wax machine in the background?

Watching the pics of the engine plates and housings getting stacked is like watching someone make a forged sandwich of horsepower goodness.

Good luck with it
