I noticed you have the coolant hooked up through the manifold. Did you drill into your housing then for the coolant feed?

the coolant feed is actually coming from the rear iron, the coolant that goes to the cold start/throttle body

Did you hook up the rear iron coolant feed to the manifold somehow then? Because in this picture the turbo coolant feed is hooked into the manifold which, on turbo cars, gets the coolant from the side of the housing.

Yah not only that, but from looking at that picture still the rear iron coolant feed normally that goes up to the TB seems to be running into the back of the waterpump (black hose above manifold in pic). Unless in that picture it wasn't hooked up yet?

I actually started trying to do this on my spare trash blown motor block but decide not to since i was affraid of messing up the block, well i din't care about the trash block but there was no point in doing it to that one if not doing it to the one in the car.

Don't take any of this personally, I'm just trying to understand your setup. That being said I have a couple more questions.

That's the stock coolant feed line for the TII's. Why exactly do you have it hooked up then if you're using the rear iron to supply coolant? Did you tap into that line or something? If you're using the rear iron to supply coolant I just don't understand why this would be hooked up, but then again I might be missing something about your setup. And in that pic you just posted when you quoted me the line is still hooked up to the manifold/turbo it looks like. Just trying to understand your setup.

Talking

ok heres a quick run down of all the parts i got if i can remember correctly, i will only list the parts i used, many parts i bought i didn't touch.

S5 TII Turbo and Manifold, ported wastegate modertly, will probally remove later and port it some more if this isn't enough
S5 TII Intake manifold and throttle body, LIM modified to fit 6 port
S5 TII Intercooler
S4 TII Waterpump housing, my S4 NA waterpump was brand new
SS AutoChrome Turbo Back exhaust
Reman 88 S4 TII Injectors
Walbro 255lph in line fuel pump mounted right before fuel filter with stock NA pump intank, i installed this a while back, will be switching to walbro in tank
Turbo XS RFL BOV, on route here
MSD Boost Reference FPR on route here
SAFCII previously installed
Sunpro metric to npt conversion set and t fitting set to use for oil supply through stock oil pressure port, will get the parts numbers for those that would be interested in that
PowerGasket set off ebay, custom made kit with 6port NA LIM gasket and S5 TII UIM gasket
Block plate kit for S5 TII got of ebay forgot who made them

I forgot about the rest.

Now as far as the oil return, I did buy a S5 TII front cover but since my block is a S5 NA 6 port block it had the same front cover but the hol was not drilled out and bolt holes tapped for the oil return. It was easier doing this than swapping them.

Well i see how you can get confused about the setup, at first i wasn't sure about where to cut the line for the coolant supply when i put ont he turb so i just left it intact. I later came back and cut it off, as shown in the pic with the sawzal. It wasn't actually hooked up the stock way at all just happened to line up perfectly on the intake manifold making it look like its hooked up that way. if i remember tomorow i will take pictures of how it is hooked up now.

You can always use the hose on the back of the waterpump to the turbo, then from the turbo out to the nipple on the back of the block.
