Smaller steering wheel?

Hey all I am going to ditch my stock steering wheel (1987 N/A) For price reasons I will be going with a Grant Wheel. I am trying to decide between a 12inch vs. 13inch. My dad told me that I should stick with the 13 so that I won't be over correcting all the time (smaller wheel means your hands move less than on a bigger wheel?) Could you guys give me some pro&cons of either?

get a real small one like the gangsters in the early 90's then lower ur car to the ground get tires that stick out past the fenders and paint a aztec picture on ur hood then you'll be cool lol i donno why i said that but the idea of a smaller steering wheel reminded me of it

I have a Momo Race 320mm wheel. Very nice wheel. I like it much better than the tractor trailer sized stock wheel. The stock wheel was too skinny. The one I have now is extremely comfortable in my hands.

Slayer: I think you have visions of welded chain steering wheels in your head. One too many Cheech and Chong movies, eh?

Yo,

I've got the Sparco 383 Suede in 330mm...just know that you won't be able to see **** for gauges. 4 of the 6 gauges will be blocked by the wheel. I don't have a tilt wheel, so that doesn't help either.

13" is a good size. Your dad is right to a point but the RX7 has such a slow rack IMO it isn't such a bad thing to have a really small wheel. I have a 330 Sparco (13") also and think it would look kinda small in a street car.
