Anyone know this triangle o ring size. Its pretty skinny and slightly leaking.
Dont see any other major seal.




this seal might need replacement but doesnt seem like oil goes in.


Looks like it might also be leaking around the hose fitting.
might try to tighten those as well

I was able to find a replacement for this o ring

are hnbr o rings good enough as replacements. I know they could reach endure temps up to 300f.

Anyone know where I couls purchase the triangle gasket? Is it the same size as the S4 gasket?

thank you! Ive actually seen those but im looking for the odd shaped one. This one.

 

I just replaced mine a few months ago. Bought the replacement from Atkins. The o-rings are oval when new. It will conform to that odd shape once you insert it into that groove. Recommend using silicon grease to hold it in that groove.

do you mind sending me the link. I accidentally bought the oring connecting to front cover. Atkins does have a 79-88 rebuilt kit but I have a an S5 91 oil metering pump. Does anyone know if these orings will fit the S5 o MP?

Hey guys im bringing this back from the dead. I never try found that diamond shaped o ring.
I ordered a few sizes online and hope to finally get that weird diamond shaped o ring.
from a different forum the S4 omp uses 20mm x 1.5mm diamond shaped o ring

trying to measure the S5 diamon oring and im hoping its a 26mm-30mm OD since its dificult to measure since i dont have a cone to measure.
im pretty sure the OD is bigger on the S5 since I tried to compare 20mm on the caliper and doesnt look right.
looks like the diamond oring is bigger on the s5 version


this o ring is probably a CS 1.5mm and i only have slightly thicker o rings. Wont go in even if i force it. Using a 2.3mm cs which is the closes it have on hand does not go in at all.

If I'm missing any other o rings let me know.
The big o ring around the omp sensor is 28mm x 1.5mm or 2.0mm

 

Orings arrived for test fittings
this one is 15mm but cs1.5 is too thin. Might be a cs2mm or cs3mm

this was the correct size 45mm cs2mm
its slightly loose so maybe a 44.5mm or a 44mm will also do


the diamond shape was alot smaller. Looks to be a 25mm or a 25.5mm with a CS2mm
I ordered more o rings and im hoping to finally get all these o rings figured out to be able to rebuild the s5 omp

Finally got the rest of the orings for the s5 orings
diamond shape oring is D26mm x cs2mm


OD15mm x cs2.5mm


The last oring is OD16mm x cs1.5mm

Now the last oring to find out would the the omp to motor.
atkins sells this. I have one and need to measure.
unless anyone else knows they size of this o ring.

 

When I install back will report if anything leaked.
will write a list of sizew once I get the time.
finally we could rebuild the s5 easily

Alright guys found the last o ring for the omp s5.
this is a 37mm x 2mm. Or
38mm x 2mm both seem to fit. If your xould find a 37.5mm it'll be inbetween both sizes.
This o ring is inbetween the motor and omp
im hoping I got all the o rings in the s5 oil metering pump.

Diamond Shaped O ring 26mm x CS2mm
Cylinder Pin 15mm x CS2.5mm
Black Box Pin 16mm x CS1.5mm
Big Circle Motor 45mm x CS2mm
Front Motor O Ring 37mm x CS2mm
