you can just switch your s4 sensors onto the s5 motor, also, you'll need to swap the oil pump housing (due to the mechanical oil metering pump vs. electrical omp)... fuel injectors........ pretty sure everything else is a plug and play deal....... but not positive....

note..... you might have to swap throttle bodies also

There are MANY MANY threads on this. Search.
The EASIEST and least headache way is to swap EVERYTHING from the S4 to the S5 bare block. I mean BARE BLOCK. No sensors nothing from the S5 and using the S4 front cover since you cannot use the harness from the s4 to the electric OMP.
If you don't have emission testing, then it's even easier.

Also forgot to add.....
If you look at your FSM ECU diagram, the S4 and S5 ECU *DOES NOT* have the same pins.

geezzz... I need to add something to the FAQ for FC thread on this... there is probably only thirty other threads on this same exact question.

Use the S5 block, Intake, Turbo, manifold, use the S4 ECU and harness and sensors, take the S5 front cover and MOP off and replace with S4 ones.
