Why are YOU such a DUMB ***?
The first link you were given had both the wiring diagrams in it and also the pinouts for the ECU with values for each pin.
I'm well past the stage of being pissed off by people who have reading comprehension problems calling others what THEY are in spades.
I'd suggest if a moderator kicks me off this forum for writing this, then he should have kicked the original poster off the moment he wrote his "***" post.

This. Hailers is one of the most helpful people on this forum. If you're not willing to try and find **** yourself don't get pissy when other people won't hold your hand and do it for you. Lazy douche.

A wild Mod appears!
Dude.
If you're going to start working on and troubleshooting RX-7s, you're going to want to read through the Factory Service Manual.
Not only will it have a pinout of the ECU connector, but there will also be the routing of the wiring harness as well as any connectors between the TPS and the ECU.
You'll note that the wiring harness goes right by the exhaust manifold and that may result in crispy wires that will cause poor TPS reading.
The diagram you needed was DIRECTLY copied out of the Factory Service Manual.
The next time you ask for a diagram, don't insult the people that provided it to you.
