Replacement Exhaust Manifold stud?

'87 NA

I was taking of the Manifold to take out the damn 02 sensor, and one of the stuts pulled out. Its not chewed up too bad, but I do need to replace it. So, does anyone know the specs?
Thread Pitch, Length, etc. Thanks.

Nope. But the part number is N326-40-353. Price from Mazdaspeed is $2.70. I'd guess the dealer will hit ya for about $5.

Thanks, I'll call them in the morning!

On a side note, the 02 came out... with vice grips and a sledge hammer.

Grrr, that Part # isn't right, at least for the NA.
Its to large (diameter) I called, the Mazda dealer looked it up and came up with:

9985-10-822A

I guess I'll see if I can take this one back (BTW it was $7.30!) and I'll check the other one before I drive the 35 miles there and back again.

Sorry about that. I gave you the number for the stud on the back of the manifold that bolts to the exhaust pipe. Looked at the fiche wrong.

Ok, I lied, that part # isn't right either! No one knows the correct one
I went to Pep-boys, and Napa. They have the correct thread (10x1.5) but not the right length, longest they have is 42MM this is more like 55MM

Something you could do is just buy a bolt. Now that I looked at the fiche correctly the number you gave was the correct number at one time. It has been superceded. No way of telling what the new number is though.

Well, I was going to buy just a bolt, but the store didn't have any long enough.

FYI on that 2nd part #, it was way to small, it was 8MM, it needs to be 10MM

I did find a stud that seems to work, its 10x1.5 52MM long, it was in the help section at Checker. However, the block portion is a bit short, seems to have worked though, I'll find out when I fire it up.
