Removing door harnesses?

Just got manual mirrors and windows for my FC. I’ve now realized that I have a large sprawling electrical harness that connects to nothing. Is there a way to disconnect the door harness and remove it? Or do you have to feed all the wires through the hole to remove the door?

The connector for the door harness is right inside the cabin, just inside the rubber grommet that runs from the body to the door. 1 or 2 connectors depending on model. Just disconnect it and you can remove it all from behind the door panel.

I had peeled the boot back off the body side before I left and just saw wires, no connector. Is that maybe S5 only?

Try pulling the kick panel back inside the car. There should be a connector right by where the harness comes through.
