Removing the driverside Door

Anyone know how to remove the drivers side door mainly the wire harness thats located in between the door jam, and how to romove the pin thing on the middle joint of the door?

any speacial tricks or tools that I need

I used a small metal tool to remove the pin. I put it against the bottom and then hit it gently up with a hammer, you dont want to hit it too hard though. As for the harness if you look closely it just clips in.

ok i'll try that when I get home.., The problem with the wire harness is that i can't get a good grip to the two side where the fact ser man tells you to squeeze... because really all i need to do is to remove the wire harness if you read my other post... but it looks like i have to remove the door to get more room to get at it,....

unless there is a way to pluck it off with out removing the door..

My factory manual is WRONG. I don't remember if the connector "snap" thing was on the top or on the side but I DO remember that it was on the opposite side (side vs. top) compared to the factory manual.

For the pin I used a flat tip screwdriver and a small hammer, I used the flat tip against the bottom of the pin, that way the pin wouldn't flare at the end. To get it the rest of the way out I used a punch and a gentle tap with the hammer.

For the hinges loosen the bolts that aren't painted and remove the door.
