yea, i got MT-90 in my trans, works pretty good so far. Shifts dont seem to feel so "nochey". Cost me $40 for 3 quarts of mt-90 and 2 quarts of 75w90NS for my S5 Diff.

It makes a pretty big difference IMO. The last couple days before I changed out my old fluid my tranny was in pretty bad shape, grinding in most gears and it had gotten pretty noisy. The mech told me I was wasting my time with tranny fluid and id need a new tranny to solve it. Havent had any problems with grinding gears since then

Honestly I think its great stuff. I dont know what was up with my tranny before then. Ive only had my car for about 6 months and did the tranny fluid change at three months. It looked like the fluid had never been changed before this either. I remember driving on the way there to get it changed I was getting big grinds in 3rd, 5th, whatever. But since changing it I havent had any problems at all with grinding. Also I noticed an improvment in cold conditions. I bought my three quarts for about $28USD
