Is there anywhere else besides RotaryRessurection.com that does this?

Theres lots of places. Do a search and youll find more than what I just listed. And check out the CA local section and ask for someone local to you.

Jdeez42 and Akabane I have gone through Kevin at RR. He is who you want to go through trust me. Also compare his prices and warrantee. Best in the busniess.
He built me a t2 motor and did the swap in my vert with excellent work. Now he is milling out the rotors for 3mm apex seals from rotary aviation "best you can get". Now we are installing a haltech/FMIC/ and a borg warner turbo setup for 400hp to the wheels. Its up to you.

I recommend Kevin at Rotary Resurection, but I understand you can also buy a remanufactured motor from Mazda right now for around $2200

I would look around for someone close to you, that way in case you have a problem you will have an easier time dealing with it.
