I think goopy performance resurfaces the housings.
Chip motor sports does the irons I believe (lapping and nitrating them).

Oem gasket kit is fine. Usually get them from ray crow at Malloy Mazda.

i also resurface housings and am in mid florida. as for lapping the irons, you should only do that if the irons will be re-nitrited and that is only necessary if they are near or beyond step wear spec.

i do not lap irons at this time as i have not established a local nitriting procedure.

do not simply have irons resurfaced and nitrited unless you know what you are doing, all core plugs and brass drifts need to be replaced after the process or they WILL leak. perhaps now you are starting to see the picture of why i do not push lapping and re-treating irons unless necessary, it is a rather costly and problematic process.

My iron are worn beyond the limit of use, it should be lapping necessarily, I have the dilemma in seals apex, my engine is semi peripheral with four barrel and is around 650whp had apex seal 3mm assembled, I read that some people He says it best the other 2mm 3mm that are best for applications much hp, could advise me whether to continue or change 3mm and 2mm brand would you recommend?
