Quick question: How much fluid does the tranny and diff hold?

I know there is a thread about this somewhere, but I cant find it. I just need to know how much fluid the diff and tranny hold so I know how much to buy.

pump the fluid in until it starts to come out and plug it up. youll be fine

I did look in the fsm and haynes manual, but couldn't find the specs in either. I guess I was using the wrong search terms or something, bucause I couldn't find anything vaugly relating to the topic.

Wow, I looked in the manual tranny section, I guess I totally missed it. Sorry, I was a bit stressed out trying to get the car together and I guess I wasn't thinking straight.
