As the factory service and Haynes manual shows, the pressure sensor is on the passenger side shock tower, facing the front of the car. There is a vacuum line that extends from the intake manifold to the bottom of the sensor and a harness connection as well.

Disconnecting the boost/pressure sensor means the timing WILL be off as you drive and the secondary injectors will come on any time you reach 3500 rpm (not a normal operation of the secondary injectors). And I won't mention how it will effect the operation of the emissions control such as the Port Air solenoid etc.
