Nice setups. I'm picking up my aeromotive FPR on Monday and am also strongly considering going with the parallel setup. I have an S5 though and the fuel rails are different than the S4 so no nice -6 AN adaptors for me. Unless the S4 and S5 fuel rails are interchangable? Is there any difference between the 2?
Also, what are you guys setting your base fuel pressure at? I've read that stock fuel pressure for an FC is 35psi, but other articles I've been reading latley recommend 45psi base pressure, but they are talking about piston motors. Any ideas?

Here's pictures of mine. Installed it all last year in Oct.
http://bdc.cyberosity.com/v/ProjectCars/BDC/FuelSystem/
It consists of two Walbro in-tank GSS340 model pumps, a Marren Fuel Pulsation Damper, -8 AL hardline feed split to twin -6's prior to and after the Mallory Competition Fuel Filter (w/ removable element), twin -6 feeds, twin -6 returns to the FPR (Mallory), and -6 return. Secondary fuel pump is controlled by the Haltech and is staggered to run only under load although right now it's not on at all.

Twin Walbro's in the tank, 2 -8 Feed lines directly from the tank to 2 BG Fuel Filter Canisters, then it changes to 2 -6 feed lines, straight to my SuperNow! Billet rails with 850/1680 injectors, then to Aeromotive FPR and then a single -6 return all the way to the tank and into it.

last few.
Did a full writeup with tons of pics on the dual pump setup:
http://www.nopistons.com/forums/inde...howtopic=66911
couldn't fit the bulkhead fitting on the plate stock style, so i started from scratch. all the stock stuff works tho, and i could even reuse the stock tank gasket.
ill post pics once i finish the system, im waiting till i putting my UIM and **** on there (waiting on an adapter being machined) so i can mount the FPR per track rules then ill post pics of it finished.
edit: LMAO i just realized i have no pics of the pumps being finished (with lines running to the pumps themselves under that flange) meh i dont feel like pulling it back out.) Also BDC, did you have any problems with it going in the tank? I had a little trouble with the little dish thing in the tank where the pump normally sits, did you?

damn that looks great aaron! Would you mind kind of covering what you did and what parts you used on that top plate of the stock fuel pump housing. I would love to go tank forward on the stainless steel stuff but never really knew how. Are you using just a piece of stainless steel line for a pickup tube? Again, that is very nice looking.

Oh, I used so many different fittings it was hard to keep track...I think I have a semi-detailed list somewhere so I will try to post it here when I have some time. My setup is kind of weird compared to most others though.
The fuel pickup is the large red Aeromotive filter. Works well, though it would be nice if it was an inch longer. I will probably add a fitting just to extend it closer to the bottom of the tank.

I really need to go external fuel pump as my rx7.com pump will probably not be enough to handle the power I'm looking for. Details would be great. Is that a 10 micron filter? I already have one of those and by fallowing your pictures should only be a few more parts and hose and then the a1000 pump.....hum.....

Fairly sure the filter is either Aeromotive 12304 or 12301. It's designed to be placed before the pump and offers virtually no restriction (you can blow easily from one end to the other). Keep in mind that I have a secondary filter after the pump as well.

Actually I never did that. What most people are doing now a days are getting the large stud kits. These aren't to be confused with the stock replacement studs. The housings and irons would need to be sent off just like when it got pind but the stud kit is so much stronger than adding dowls that no one really does that any more. The pin kit is 400 on mazdatrix and then you could call www.wwrturboinjection.com to see if they do it. It's a place in florida that doesn't just sell the stuff, they have alot of differant race cars including some very fast 1/4mile rotary cars. If they can't do it I'm sure they could get you in contact with someone that could. Pics of my ride will be comming soon. my bdc hbp will be done soon hopefully and then it's just a matter of rewiring a few things and it will be done When that time comes I'll have pics of everything. good luck.

just a sneak peak of whats to come
the motor is a bdc half bridge with a t70 turbo. The manifolds are all ceramic coated and the other stuff is powder coated. the turbo has a polished compressor and the water pump housing is powder coated as well, just not on yet.
