well l1 and t1 go to the first rotor
and l2 and t2 go to the second rotor...
simple... trailing spark plugs go on top? leading ones on the bottom?
here it is simple... blue plugs & wires on top and black plugs & wires on bottom

The leading coil is at the front of the engine bay, and is marked L1 and L2.
The trailing coil is at the rear of the engine bay, and is marked T1 and T2.
The front rotor is #1.
The rear rotor is #2.
The trailing plugs are the top ones.
The leading plugs are the bottom.
It doesn't get much simpler.
If you want a picture look in the Factory Service Manual. If you don't have the FSM, click here and download it in PDF format for free.

If it barely runs, that could be a couple of things. If I were you, Id check out the FSM and look at the trouble shooting section and go down the list. Just a suggestion
