looks great!
heres a couple of questions i have
do you use vasaline to keep all the seals in place?
when the rebuild together and ready to start it for the first time, will the fact thats no oil in the housings affect anything?

for the hard seals, yeah, vaseline works fine.

as for no oil in the housings: thats why you use vaseline; to provide lubrication for the initial start.

What are you using for assembly lube on the housings?

i use that engine lube, no vaseline.
you can use just engine oil.
the grease keeps the seals in place more or less.
i dont really have a problem with the seals falling out, i handle the rotors very carefully and slowly when putting them in the housings. that is if you are wondering about the corner seals and side seals falling out.
the engine lube is enouf to lube everything for your first startup, you really dont need to dump that much oil in there.

No. Technically your suppose to prime the oil system before the first start-up anyways. You do this by unplugging the CAS and fuel pump. You then crank the engine over till you get an oil pressure reading on the gauge. After that plug everything back up and start the engine. The engine will then have plenty and immediate lubrication.
