Is this normal? (ticking)
Ok Im trying to get my 13B working.
I unflooded it and did all the necessary steps, except used marvel mystery oil instead of ATF (is this right?)
Anyways, it still doesnt start, but i can kinda hear it start to turn over.
2 things i think arent normal...
1) When i connect the battery, there is a clicking noise like a hum inside or near the dynamic air chamber (the top part that said 13B, right?). it goes on until i crank it.
2) when i take the plugs out, the top plugs are wet after i already unflooded it. the bottom isnt wet, but the top 2 are.

The buzzz is the BAC. That is normal. It cycles at approx 121 hz. Not to worry. It stops when you try to start the car because it goes wide open during the start cycle.
Hot cables usually mean a bad connection at the battery.
In your case, check the battery cables but also get under the car and look at you starter. Look at the long bolt on the starter. It should have a large cable attached to it on one end or other of the bolt. That is the ground for you cars engine. It should go from there to the left fender then on to the battery negative cable. Check it out. Also make sure the cable on the starter solenoid is at least snug. Do not overtighten.
