2. bolt new hub to steering column
3. bolt new steering wheel to hub

leave the nut on there a lil so when you are pulling on the wheel it wont slap ya in the face.
and you need a hub that works for whatever aftermarket wheel you have

just get a hub from ebay. its hell cheap. once u have it, this is what u do..search rx7 fc3s steering wheel hub

Remove ur stock steeringwheel by unbolting the nut with a 19mm? i think deepsocket and breaker bar.

just use a hammer and taparound the wheel and then itshould pull out np.
Install the hub, tighten the nut, then bolt the steeering wheel to the hub...

Pop off the horn cover, unbolt wheel, don't hit yourself with it. Line up hub, bolt it down, then bolt on your wheel. It takes like 20 minutes. Breaker bar helps.

You can pull it out with your finger nails or a small, thin screwdriver. Then you'll see a nut. A 13/16" socket will fit it. Use a breaker bar as suggested above. Then the actual removal of the wheel can, in some cases be difficult. In some cases you'll need a puller of some sort. But it does pull straight off a splined shaft for removal. It's just that it's been on there a long time and will be hard to pull straight off.
