The green one is obviously the different one. I would look it up and see if it shares the same specs as your red ones. Just give the part numbers to a knowledgable injector guy and ask. I would certainly replace it if it turns out to be a different impedance or flow rate.

If they do a complete job, they should flow test the injectors in a common rail after cleaning and measure the flow from each one individually, and provide you with a report of the results. This will immediately show up if the green one is a different size to the others. Ring them and make sure they're going to do this before you send them off. You can easily check the impedance yourself by putting a mutimeter across the terminals. They should all be pretty close.

i sent out my injectors to maron fuel injection www.injector.com and they called me and said that they were all the wrong injectors, and the 3 red ones were high ohm when i needed low ohm and the green one he didnt even know what it was and that they were beyond cleaning. he knocked $50 off the price of rebuilts for keeping the 3 red ones, so i got 4 rebuilt, cleaned, balanced injectors for $500 shipped overnight. thursday i will have my injectors and hopefully that stops my hesitating and bucking problems.

$500 bucks for RE-BUILT injectors? That seems like alot to me. RC Engineering sells 550's for $95.42 each. I know you already bought them, and I'm not knocking your purchase, I just didn't realize that places are selling re-built units for so much! Am I off base here?
