so far I've been working on a car that is on its second reman motor... somehow the first reman hydrolocked... some type of major coolant seal failure caused a large amount of coolant to leak in to the combustion chamber... and yah... also the motors don't seem to come with the new style oil injectors... this is the secodn reman we've recieved and no ne oil injectors..... sad... So yah Just a FYI think to the people that are considering buying a reman... what out...... (btw this was all ordered from malloy mazda..) great place to get OEM parts... he was too kind to bit the shipping cost of the motor.... dudde yah... sucks

 

Mazda as a company makes new cars ,they do not like or really wont us ( the rx 7 group ) .If they did the parts we need would priced with in reason . The dealers may like to see us come to buy their high dollar parts but that is not the company .I called the US corperate office twice to complain and they could care less . The company does not rebuild engines they have them done at different shops .

some company that specializes in transmission rebuilds... Are they doing remans for rx8 renesis motor as well? Hows the quality on those?

 

I will find out when i go back to work on monday.we(fedex )deliver there.
