I have the eliminator in and working, but is their anyway of getting the ABS light to turn off short of pulling the light out of the warning panel. Ive tried the fuse but it still comes on. Thanks.

What exactly does the ABS eliminator do.... exactly what it says? eliminates ABS? Just out of curiosity, how does it do it and where does it mount to?

it does exactally what it sounds like...eliminates your abs. its just a small brass 't' that you hook your brake lines into. it allows you to remove the big abs pump that sits over the turbo.

boostedrotor89 - Would you mind snapping a few shots of your ABS removed and replaced with the MT eliminator? I'm looking to pick that up myself and I'm curious to see it in place.

When I did mine, I followed the wiring that connected to the ABS pump through the firewall. That led to an aluminum box (ABS computer) to the left of the computer. I took all of it out and the ABS light went away. No other problems.

Plus I now have a really nice hole through the firewall to route things like a vacuum hose for my boost gauge.

i also have eliminated my abs... but i have replaced the brakemasterzylinder with a nonABS equipped brakemasterzylinder...

but i know the problem

you have to unhook your ABS computer... if you unhook it, there would be no light flashing in the idiot cluster
the ABS computer is located next to your ECU
