im commited to my steering angle mod now..just cut 1 of the spindles! everything lines up on the jig perfectly
ill tack weld and make sure it clears the rotor, take it apart and weld it up!! neat ****!

the reason i welded inside on the races is because there is no way to get the bearing raced out of the hub....welding inside (esp with a tig and no rod) heats the metal up super fast...it magically allows the old crap races to just fall right out...if not they move enough to get a punch to knock them out...

brake tuck on the passenger side, working on the driver side now...i love doing brake lines btw!!! i have to make brackets to hold the line of course, bolt and washer is just stuck to hold the line up for a quick picture!

240 transmission rebuild...yuck...ill never EVER do another 1 of these EVER again



packing everything full of grease and setting aside until after powdercoat...then it all goes together
