fabricating, powdercoating, assembling yada yada, slowly getting stuff don on my personal car among working on friends cars

 

What is this... more info please... on the brake pedal assembly

 

brake assembly is just oem that i took apart, cleaned, powdercoated and put back together...nothing fancy..just a temp deal until i get some real pedals, mainly for cage/seat fitment

basically its a 13b-rew bridgeport into an fc

 

ill post a bunch of pics later tonight

 

 

make sure you wash that engine bay up nice and clean before you throw anything back in

 

oh i will for sure, its no rust..just alot of dirt that was blown into the bay...this car sat for a very long time...plan to chem strip and media blast the entire engine bay and interior lots of work ahead of me

 

got the headlights installed, looks oh so sexy

 

Head lights would look better if you could fab up some sort of surround for them. But they do look a lot better than the stock sealed beam set-up. Are you using shorter headlight rods to raise them like that?

 

just sleepy eye for now, ill be fabing some surrounds and powdercoating them within the next week or so, right now im focusing on making the delrin bushing kit for my car...back to the lathe i go

 

I want those lights arrg, too bad the cost to make them is almost more than i paid for my car.

 

lol i tried to sell em to you for $500 and you declined

 

poly old(black), delrin new(white) got a few more to make obviously but not too shabby...im diggin it

 

can't wait to put them on my car, to see how they feel...

stitch welding the seams...i dont think tig welding this was a good idea.....such dirty metal even after cleaning, gettin reaaaaal sick of sharpening tungsten, might be time to buy a mig welder im afraid...

 

do you have any pics of the build of those headlights?

hey hows it going buddy! ---^ has the cleanest t2 stock ive ever seen. hey did you want those transmission mounts square or do you want a tubular cradle? ill be making a cradle for my car along with tubular mounts since im putting a 13b-rew in this fc
