track only car i thought long and hard about shaving it. wait until you see the intake manifold i have planned...just waiting to hear back about getting the flange laser and cnc machined

military connector for my engine harness, these are TRUE military connectors..not those queer cheap bastard china knock offs...amphenol brand
cleaned up parts, ready to mod the steering knuckle clean up some more then powdercoat all this stuff black, put new bearings grease up and put it all back together! all i need todo is source some heim joints m14 dia, 12x1.25..and im not buying some damn ksports....$120 for 2 joints is stupid

so i was scratching my head trying to figure out how to get the damn wheel bearing races out of the hubs....after some hard thinking i got them out by doing this...
using the tig welder with a balled tungsten, welded a bead (without filler rod) 360 degrees around the bearing race...afterwards i slammed it on the table upside down and the bearing races fell out ( a few i had to barely tap out with a punch, but it moved about half way so i could EASILY get a punch in there...)
pic of what i did and pic of the after math! works like a charm and i suggest it to everyone with the tools to do so....1/16 tungsten @ 130amps moving pretty fast just to spread the heat around, wear mig gloves on both hands...have the hammer and punch ready
