i was just wondering if there would be any problems

so you bought it without knowing if it would work.....
yes it can swap in,
yes you will need new mounts. (http://www.banzairacing.net has them)

cosmo = 13bre... there's such a thing as a USDM Cosmo¿
is there even a 13btt? aren't the FD engine's = 13b-rew?
i believe you're going to need motor mounts and a single turbo kit (i don't think the cosmo twin's will fit)... good luck with the conversion though

I don't think the U.S. GOT a cosmo 13B-RE???? or are you talking about the 13B-REW???
either way I don't think it was a good idea to buy the motor BEFORE doing the research............ you'll need mounts, a way to hook everything up to the ECU (splicing or Standalone) , fuel pump, injectors, fuel controller, boost controller, I don't know about the clutch/tranny difference but I assume there will be some differences. Start buying parts now.....

I have sucessfully completed a swap, sold the car and the guy that bought it is supposedly daily driving it. I am about to go into my second swap which is going to be a Vert that I just recently aquired.
As for parts:
You will need to get motor mounts. I got mines from www.banzairacing.net.
As for the clutch, tranny, and other drivetrain parts: you can uses all T2 parts. Yes, they bolt right to it. I would suggest getting a lightweight flywheel b/c all Cosmos are auto, so (as long as someone else didnt already strip off the counterweight) its already ready for a lightweight flywheel and a strong clutch setup.
For the ECU: If you go with a single turbo setup, you could get it to work w/ a T2 wiring harness. However, I suggest not doing this as my car ran like **** with that ECU and I like having a twin setup. Thus, a standalone will be your best friend (as I shortly found out.)
You will need a FMIC or a V-mount.
You will need custom piping.
You will need tuning.
You will patience and you will need time.
How much is it going to cost you: About $5-7K + labor if you use reasonable parts (this is including the price of the engine and will be a little cheaper if you have a T2 as a donor car. )
Is it worth it???? Lets just say, I'm about to start my second project, and this time since I have more money to play with because I sold two of my other cars, I'm going ***** to the walls. Well not really, but its gonna be nice. Anyway, if you have any specific questions PM me. L8ter.
