Interior lights randomly stopped working

So my interior lights randomly stopped working, the dash lights are fine but my over head light and the trunk light doesnt work. They were working and then randomly stopped, does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

It's been a while since I checked- or cared, for that matter- but doesn't the rear hatch light only come on when the headlights are on too?
I know the glovebox and bin lights are set up like that...

my overhead light only comes on if you remove the cover and flick the bulb.

On S3's and S4's (not familiar with S5's) the glove box and storage compartment lights only come on when the headlights and/or parking lights are on. The Hatch light comes on regardless of headlight operation- but if the switch for the Hatch light is "on" it's only supposed to activate when the Hatch is open. I find this odd because on many hatchbacks the rear cargo lamp comes on with all the other dome lights.

You need to take your dome light/mirror out and solder the "thingies" (that I would refer to as prongs) in the "socket" to their respective "rivets." They separate over time with heat cycling.
