Idle surging when cold

My idle surges from 1100-800 rpm when i first start my car. Once it is warm it idles excellent. What can it be? 90 Vert S5 N/A with rebuilt eng with 2000 miles.

Meh, I don't think its normal. Usually the sign of a bad tps. Even if it is cold, it should still have a steady idle. But in all reality, as long as it doesn't effect your street driving after its warmed up, who cares
I had a cool little test to see if the tps was dead, when its cold, warm, whatever, just whenever its surging hold in the tps sensor with your finger. It may run shittier or different, but if the surging stops, then its most likely the TPS. Try adjusting it to spec to see if it changes anything.
