i broke my zoom zoom

alright i put a K&N cone filter on with an adapter. i put a cone filter on the air pump tube like i was told.
then i started it up and the rpm are jumping between 1-3 on idle. when driving it locks up @ 4-5 rpm and i have to let off gas. and up shift
while going threw my housing development in 2nd gear @ 2-3 rpm it started rocking as if i wasnt giving enough gas. like a horible shift.

should i just tune the tps again
or is there something else i need to tune?
please i.m me tonight

double check your AFM. it may have gotten loose while you were putting on the airfilter.

Message From Racing Rotary:
While doing the test and adjustment I have noticed that when I adjust the TPS till one light was on at 1K Ohm the engine would run fine while at idle, but once I brought the RPMs to near 2,000 RPM the engine would bounch as if there was a rev limiter untill I press the gas some more and then it would be fine. This problem would really give you a whip lash if you drove it like this. To Cure this problem, turn the ignition to ON, put a jumper wire in the idle initial set connector, 2 prong connector near LEADING ignition coil, for a couple seconds and the pull it out and start the car and the problem should be gone.

i read that. i will first chedk my afm. and make sure its level. right now its on it's side. then i will tune tps. if i have this problem still i will do what it says above. if i still have this problem. i'll be posting again

Also just doublecheck your hose connections. Listen for any vacume leaks.
Its a NA I assume? Meaning that theres 2 hoses towards the top of the intake pipe, before it enters the throttle body where the tps is. Make sure both of those are connected.
